Brian is the General Manager and Broker here at Century 21 Coastal Estates. He first came to Tamarindo, Costa Rica in 1996 and knew he'd found a special place.
A few years later in 2004 he moved here permanently with his wife Carrie and opened a very successful but boutique real estate and investment brokerage here in Tamarindo.
Over the years, he has been involved in a myriad of real estate transactions ranging from large development parcels to condos to individual home lots.
Additionally, Brian is investor in the area and has an intimate knowledge the market from many different points of view. Brian is also a partner with his wife Carrie in the design/decor company Indigo Home on Playa Langosta. Add that perspective with Brian's knowledge of exactly what it takes to market your property for sale or rent, and you'll soon realize that he is someone you definitely want in your corner!
